Skills verification
The next step is to connect with our expert who will assess your skills and determine if you possess the necessary competencies. In this part, you can expect a short knowledge test or a case study with practical questions. Clear and concise code is highly important to us, which is why this stage of the recruitment process is crucial.

Response within 7 days
We understand that your time is valuable, so we make every effort to provide you with a decision within 7 days. If, in this instance, your skills don't align with the candidate profile we're seeking, we will offer you comprehensive feedback on the matter.

Our onboarding is designed to ensure you get to know not only the projects but also our team and company goals.
First day
Welcome aboard! At the beginning, you will receive all the necessary equipment, meet the team, and your buddy, who will introduce you to the world of Semantive and answer your questions.
First week
Open communication is the key to a well-functioning team. We will introduce you to our communication guidelines, and work organization, and present the package of benefits that await you.
First month
During this time, you will become a fully independent member of the team. You will also have the opportunity to meet Marek, our CEO, who will introduce you to the key goals and values of the company.
