As part of our mission, we are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless system development and optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze high-level requirements, regulations, and project scope.
- Examine current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose future-state workflows that align with strategic goals.
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation, including user stories and backlog items.
- Design and document IT system solutions in collaboration with architects and development teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions by working with cross-functional teams.
- Define system architecture and technology selection in alignment with business goals.
- Support test scenario preparation and oversee quality assurance processes.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for system optimization and improvements.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- 4–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar role in IT projects.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex IT systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical tasks.
- Understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
- Experience with BPM diagrams, requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
- Knowledge of the energy and gas industry is a plus (but not a must).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English (min. B2+/C1).
