Who is a Senior Delivery Manager?
Client Partnership Builder: You cultivate strong relationships with enterprise clients, understand their business drivers, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value. Your strategic thinking helps translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
Technical Leadership Enabler: You work closely with Tech Leads to ensure technical excellence, while creating an environment where innovation thrives. Your understanding of cloud technologies principles allows you to guide teams toward optimal solutions.
People Development Champion: As a Senior Delivery Manager, you mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and develop future leaders. Your people management approach balances performance with professional growth.
Operational Excellence Driver: You implement efficient delivery processes, monitor project health through data-driven metrics, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Your organizational skills ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client’s satisfaction and delivering the expected business value (with the support of the Growth, Technology and People Teams)
- Cooperating and managing Tech Leads and People Leads and solving emerging problems (ex. participation in creating development paths, 1on1 meetings, creating a feedback culture etc.)
- Identifying client needs and recommending delivery solutions
- Supporting client in progressive cloud adoption
- Selecting and implementing processes and tools that will help us keep the schedule for the implementation of the entrusted projects
- Ensuring an effective flow of information between team members and the client
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Building business relationships with the client
- Monitoring and executing of the department's budget
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in software house/professional services environment
- At least 3 years of experience in people management (creating development paths, conducting 1-on-1 meetings, fostering feedback culture)
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and development teams
- Business acumen and ability to understand how technical decisions impact enterprise operations
- Proven track record of delivered cloud based projects (cloud migration, cloud native development, data & analytics, AI/ML, DevOps), with experience in these areas being a strong additional asset
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Proactive approach and self-reliance in making business decisions
- Commitment to open communication and thriving in flat organizational structures
