We are seeking a talented Data Engineer eager to join us on this mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data.
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Build and optimize data architectures for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and reliability.
- Create detailed documentation for data pipelines, workflows, and data governance policies.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric.
- Proficiency in working with MS Azure Cloud Services, including Azure Kubernetes, Azure Data Factory, and cloud storage solutions (data lake, data warehouse, data mart).
- Hands-on expertise with ETL Tools, specifically Azure Data Factory, and orchestration frameworks like Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and tools such as Unity or DataHub for cataloging and metadata management.
- Experience with Delta Lake/Parquet formats and Medallion-based data architecture for scalable data solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps for version control and deployment automation.
- Professional English proficiency both written and spoken (min. B2+/C1).
