Nowadays, being an employer that attracts talented employees is becoming more and more challenging. At Semantive, we realize that the benefits we provide to our Team are an effective motivation tool for personal development and a sign that we care about our people. Medical care

Access to private medical care allows our Team to get the care, diagnosis and treatment they need quickly and easily. It also gives us quick access to specialists and diagnostic tests. The private medical care programs offered by Semantive include health profiles, preventive screenings and healthy lifestyle advice. We encourage our employees to take care of their health and prevent serious illnesses. At Semantive, we use two variants of medical care packages that offer a wide range of services.  

Sports card

Using a sports card allows our employees to get away from the office routine and relax, and improves their health and well-being. So we offer a sports card that allows #TeamSemantive to enjoy various sports and recreational services. This includes access to gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes, tennis courts, and even passes for various sports activities such as yoga, pilates, and fitness classes. At Semantive, we offer the ability to choose the package that is best suited to each of our employees. The mental health of our Team is just as important to us as the physical health, which is why we also offer the option of a therapist in our benefits.

Individual development budget

We focus on the development of the skills and abilities of our Team by offering an individual development budget that allows us to actively manage our professional development, resulting in increased motivation and satisfaction. Each employee has his or her own unique goals and career ambitions, and the individual budget allows them to tailor their development plan to perfectly fit these needs. It allows the development of not only hard skills related to a specific position, but also soft skills such as communication, negotiation, teamwork and time management. The #TeamSemantive has the opportunity to take advantage of a wide range of suggested and recommended training courses (there are already more than 50 training courses rated by employees in our system!), but we remain open  to individual preferences and suggestions. We also offer the possibility to use additional training days.

English language lectures

English has become the official language of business around the world. Thanks to lessons, we are able to communicate fluently with both foreign clients and business partners. They not only teach vocabulary and grammar, but also place a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills. Through practical exercises such as conversations, presentations and negotiations, our employees learn how to effectively build relationships with clients and colleagues. They also promote diversity in the workplace and career development. At Semantive, it is possible to enroll in English lessons as early as during the probationary period. Lessons are held in groups of several people, and are taught at different levels, by experienced teachers.
