Flexible working hours

That's why we give #TeamSemantive the opportunity to customize their schedule according to their tasks. Of course, we are committed to work together and there are hours that demand our availability, but we understand individual situations and life challenges, so we offer flexibility in working hours. To keep continuity of work and to be sure when we can schedule meetings, we have designated core hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during which every team member should be available. This allows people to align work with their private lives.

Home office

At Semantive, we are driven by trust and believe in the abilities of our people. The #TeamSemantive is spread across the country, so it is natural for us to work remotely. This not only results in time and transportation savings, but also allows us to work in a comfortable and personalized environment. When you join Semantive, you can take English lessons, do a certification with AWS or choose a training course, conference or books from our company library. We have a list of recommended training courses that we have reviewed to ensure that our team can develop their skills. And if you find a training that interests you and it's not on the list, there's nothing stopping you from taking it! In addition, every newly joining team member receives Buddy support - a person who will be for them with experience when needed.

Community and sustainability
