What does culture fit means to us

At Semantive, we believe in magic that happens when a team clicks together like puzzle pieces. 

Culture fit is more than just a buzzword for us, it's the secret ingredient that drives our success. We often mention how important the people who join our team are to us. Therefore, during our recruitment processes, we check not only the experience and technical skills of our candidates but also how they fit with us culturally. We like to get together for integrations, we organize them regularly and we want to feel comfortable in each other's company. This works both ways - we feel good in our company, and you feel good with us.

Our referral program is named "It's a match! Refer a friend to Semantive '' - this "match” is so important to us that we've made Culture Fit part of our recruitment process. This part is just as important to us as the technical stage. That's why during this stage you will meet our HR Business Partner and Recruitment Team Leader, with whom you will talk about your values and motivations. We want to know what positively influences you, what attitudes you value, and what makes you want to grow every day. Our #teamSemantive is made of people who not only share our values but also fully understand them.

This fit also connects with our values. If they overlap with yours it increases our chances of understanding each other because we share a common goal and path to it. At Semantive, we focus on collaboration and we don't forget that our work environment is all about people - team members, partners, and customers. It is important for us to be reliable and keep our word, and in realizing this value we are supported by communication, which allows us to accurately define mutual expectations and at the same time understand the needs of the other party. We focus on transparency and care about mutual trust and sincere communication. 

Every day we learn from each other - we share knowledge, create an internal newsletter, organize TECHtalks, share insights from conferences we have attended, and recommend valuable training to each other.
