Our recruitment process
Send us your CV. It is always helpful to provide a couple of words about you, your motivation and aspirations.
2. Let’s talk!
5 minute phone call about your expectations for a position – let’s see together if there’s a match. We want to know more about your IT background and scope of interests.
We kick-off recruitment with a task you do at home. Then one of our leaders will review your solution. They will not see your CV, so the feedback you get is objective and based only on your code.
4. Feedback from a leader
A short chat about details of your recruitment task solution. Also a few technical questions.
A chat with management team about your past experience and future aspirations. You will learn more about what we do, and we can both see whether Semantive is a good fit for you.
6. Welcome to the team
You will receive an offer and once you accept it, you are on board and part of the team.
