Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their cloud journey, from initial migration and cloud-native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams.
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist eager to join us on this mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract insights and drive data-driven decisions.
- Leverage Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric for data preparation and advanced analytics.
- Work with Delta Parquet and Medallion-based architectures to ensure efficient data organization and management.
- Utilize MS Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Kubernetes) for scalable data workflows.
- Work with data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and EDA.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with Delta Parquet, Medallion-based architecture, and Lakehouse Federation.
- Strong skills in data integration tools like FiveTran and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
- Expertise in creating dashboards with Power BI.
- Proficiency in JupyterHub and version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
It would be nice if you have:
- Knowledge of Dataiku for end-to-end workflows.
- Experience with data governance and Data Catalog tools.
- Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and reporting.
- Basic understanding of Docker for containerization and deployment.
