Recruitment Team Leader

We are Semantive, a professional services consulting company providing native cloud
solutions to transform clients organizations into data-informed organizations. We are an
AWS certified team of software engineers keen on applying cloud services to challenging
business problems. We work in an Agile way and pay a lot of attention to code quality, we do
peer code reviews and use pair programming when appropriate.

We are on the mission to build our recruitment team and scale up the organization. We are
looking for a Recruitment Team Leader who would like to take responsibility for the whole
recruitment area. Build strategy, improve processes, and support Employer Branding
activities. Experienced recruitment expert who knows what taking ownership means and can
take care of one concrete field, create tasks backlog and manage it – somebody with a doer
attitude. We will fully support you in building a team (ultimately we would like to build a team
of 2 internal recruiters and one EB specialist) with an external consultancy, a clear business
vision and all other assets that will be needed

8 500 – 12 000 PLN net salary on B2B

What will you be doing?

  • Setting up and implementing the strategy of recruitment processes
  • Maintaining and analyzing recruitment data as well as looking for opportunities to
    increase effectiveness of all recruitment activities
  • Proposing and co-creating solutions in order to optimize ongoing processes
  • Motivating, managing and supporting recruitment team (e.g. regular 1:1 with team’s
    members and creating their career paths), as well as onboarding new team members
  • Supporting ongoing processes like onboarding and employer branding
  • Creating recruitment marketing activities
  • Cooperating with the CEO, Hiring Managers, Recruitment Team (3 people) and EB

Must-have requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in HR/Recruitment field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT recruitment field (it would be perfect if you
    had an occasion to develop your leader skills)
  • Successful team management history as a Team Leader, Mentor
  • Expertise in technology and deep understanding of IT sector
  • Experience in conducting e2e recruitment processes
  • History of using metrics and statistics to optimise recruitment processes
  • Track of record in enhancing recruitment processes efficiency
  • Awareness of feedback importance and ability to both receive and give feedback
  • Previous experience in setting up team goals as well as individual career paths
  • Fluent English – B2
