HR Business Partner

We are Semantive, a professional services consulting company providing native cloud solutions to transform clients organizations into data-informed organizations. We are an AWS certified team of software engineers keen on applying cloud services to challenging business problems. We work in an Agile way and pay a lot of attention to code quality, we do peer code reviews and use pair programming when appropriate.

12 000 – 16 000 PLN net salary on B2B

What will you be doing?

  • Creating a workplace culture based on values
  • Introducing new tools and processes to the organisation and auditing those already existing – we believe that processes should serve people and effectiveness not otherwise
  • Working closely with our managers and support them in their daily responsibilities and long-term goals – our management team understands that people are the most important asset and a good HR strategy is crucial to achieve business goals
  • Collecting and giving feedback across the company (leave no stone unturned ;))
  • We aim for transparency and the highest communication standards and counting on you to lead the change. Cooperate with managers and recruiters.
  • Cooperating with current HR Team (Recruitment Team Leader, 3 Recruiters) to attract and retain the best talent
  • Creating and implementing EB strategy

Must-have requirements

  • Experience in working independently in a top HR role, in which you recommended and implemented the most effective business solutions
  • Experience in cooperating with IT Teams, preferably working in a software house (our team consists mostly of technical roles)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills – your can communicate in non violent and effective way
  • Ability to build strong relationships with managers and support them in their roles (coaching, mentoring, training)
  • Experience in auditing, implementing and overseeing HR and business policies and processes in organisation
  • Ability to see the big picture and understand business challenges
  • Business English proficiency (B2 or higher)
