What will you be doing?
It means that your work will consist of a systematic scale-up of the organization. You will work directly with the CEO and three other managers of the management team, working out the necessary conclusions to make critical decisions.
Day after day, as part of the grassroots work, you will also:
- Study the level of effectiveness of the action taken and the impact on the assumed development of the organization.
- Supervise the current operations and their effectiveness, correctness, recommending improvements, and the implementation you initiate.
- Manage the entire financial process/cash flow, budgeting, settlements/.
- At least 3 years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Operations
- Excellent understanding of the delivery of Software products & services
- Skilled at building consensus internally and with partners
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Financial management and conflict management skills
- Very good English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Good communication skills
