1. Application

send us your CV, it is always helpful to provide a couple of words about you, your motivation and aspirations.

2. Recruitment task

we kick-off recruitment with a task. Then our dev team will review your solution. They will not see your CV, so the feedback you get is objective and based only on your code. 

3. Interview

a chat about your past experiences and future aspirations. You will learn more in-depth about what we do and we can both see whether Semantive is a good fit for you.

4. Welcome to the team!

you will receive an offer and once you accept it, you are on board and part of the team.
